Panch Pokhari 4-Day Fast-Track Itinerary

A quick, immersive Himalayan trek to five sacred high-altitude glacial lakes (4,100m) framed by the Jugal Himal range.

• Day 1: Kathmandu to Bhotang (Drive) & Trek to Tuppi Danda (10 hours) Take an early morning bus/jeep from Kathmandu to Bhotang. Begin the trek uphill through lush rhododendron and pine forests to rest for the night at Tuppi Danda.

• Day 2: Tuppi Danda to Panch Pokhari (10 hrs) Ascend along open mountain ridges via Noshyampati, climbing above the tree line to reach the sacred Panch Pokhari (4,100m) surrounded by prayer flags and serene mountain landscapes.

• Day 3: Viewpoint Sunrise, Lake Exploration & Descend to Bhotang (8 hrs) Hike up to the top viewpoint for a panoramic sunrise over Jugal Himal and Dorje Lakpa. After exploring the shrines and five holy lakes, make the long descent back to Bhotang village.

• Day 4: Bhotang to Kathmandu (5-7 hrs drive) Board the local bus or jeep from Bhotang and return to Kathmandu.
